1) SAFETY :
The valves work on the principle of gravity filling, but the special feature is that, the valves for liquid remain shut without drip or leak when there is no bottle on the cylinder. Liquid is re-cycled and valve is closed and also when valve is opened and bottle is filled Product liquid is re-cycled to maintain the tank temperature.
All parts in contact with product are made of 316 stainless steel .Filled bottles delivered from the filler and transferred by starwheel on crowning turret and thereafter returned on main conveyor. For the sorting and delivery of crowns a hopper of substantial capacity is provided and within this is a suitable crown sorting gear. The selector wheel is driven by bevel wheel through safety clutch. From this selector wheel the crowns pass down a chute to the crowning throats. To reduce friction to minimum airjet is fitted to assist in feeding the crowns from the bottom of the chute into the throats. It can handle standard as well as intermediate crowns. All vital points lubricated through centralized motorised system connected to automatic high pressure cycle for oil. Greese lubrication is manual. Bottle infeed conveyor shall be driven by filler and outfeed conveyor will be driven by client motor. Infeed Safety, Outfeed Safety, Crowner Height adjustment high - low safety, No Crowner Detector Safety, Crowner.
Bottles from the Washer passes through the distributing star wheel and are delivered on lift cylinder. Bottles are lifted and pressed against filling valves, which are fixed on a rotary head. As soon as proper seal is made, liquid starts filling and ends at pre-set level. There is a rotating stainless steel tank for the liquid.
