Machine applies sleeve to the bottle,can do half bottle sleeving or full bottle sleeving& even neck cap tamper proof sleeving the sleeve once inserted in the bottle can later be shrink by a steam tunnel which is coupled with this machin e speeds range from 60 to 300 BPM.

Printing finish to have 5 to 6 mm non printed clear material between two sleeves for photo eye detection or print mark of 5 x 8 mm dark Black. Cutting operation by pneumatic cutting to print registering. Sleeve to be pushed down upto level manually. For Setting different heights for different bottles & labels the co is very simple as the whole sleeve applicator head has up/dn. Automatic motion by means from a simple touch button in the MMI. Thus making the Bottle Sizes change over very quick and Easy. Sleeve delivery and print register with stepper motor and electronic control.
