The bottles are warmed to room temperature using an extremely effective tunnel-type heat transfer system, allowing for quick labelling and packaging. The unit uses less energy because it has a basic steam coil submerged in the water tank’s organized plumbing. The machine has an imported, specially-made Mat top chain.
- It is used to preheat glass and PET bottles following low-temperature filling. Spray temperature zoning is made easier by the sectional design, which raises the product temperature section by section through temperature control.
- Its goal is to lessen the impact of low-temperature filling bottle surface dew on labelling and packaging.
- Process Flow: The bottle travels through a multi-lane conveyor into the bottle warmer following low-temperature filling.
- The warmer tunnel is used to bring cold bottles, such as soft drink bottles, from 2 / 3 degrees to room temperature, which is between 30 and 35 degrees.
